Refund policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us at Diventerra. So, if something isn't quite right, you can get in touch with us up to 30 days after you get your order, and we'll go over what you can do to return it or get a refund.

Returns

You can send back things you've bought within 30 days of getting them.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in brand-new condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories
  • Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or receipt

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support
    Email us at support@diventerra.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Item
    Once your return is approved, we will send an email of prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
  3. Ship It Back
    Follow the instructions provided to return your item safely.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • All other returns (e.g., change of mind):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

When we get your returned item and check it out, we'll take care of your refund within a week, give or take a couple of days, usually around 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Sale & Final Sale Items

  • Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are non-refundable

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
